- Wash and boil potatoes till 1 whistle blow. Cool it and peel off. Now cut into medium size cubes.
- Heat oil, on a medium flame, fry potatoes cubes till turns golden.
- Take curd, add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander jeera powder, garam masala, mix properly.
- Take a kadai, heat on medium flam, add oil, jeera, hing. Now add chopped onions, saute it, till turns translucent.
- Add garlic, ginger chilli paste, saute it. Add chopped green chilli.
- Now add curd, stir continuously on a medium to high flame, to avoid curdle. When starts boil, add potatoes, combine well.
- Add required water for gravy.
