- First wash your Kutra saag two to three times in water cut into very small pieces. Keep it in a vessel.
- Take a sauce pan vessel our one glass of plain water, let them heat slowly, cut your tomato into small pieces, transfer into your sauce pan, add jeera cooking soda a drop, let them cook for sometime then transfer your saag slowly add a pinch of sugar so the colour will be fresh green colour.. Then add haldi, salt, curry masala, lit but of sambar powder(homemade) mix your onion also let them cook nicely, with the help of smashing spatula you can mix all the materials nicely after sometime take
