- Grind all whole masala.
Wash meat and marinate with salt,red chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, slice tomatoes & 1 tbsp vinegar, 4 tbsp Tikka masala. Marinate for two hours. Give coal smoke to chicken it's optional. - Heat oil fry onion slices till golden add Adrak lahsan and half tsp kala zeera add chicken with masala and mix well cook in medium flame until chicken cook properly.
