- Now add tomatoes, chilies, ginger garlic paste, and add red chilli powder, salt, and coriander powder cook until tomatoes gets softens.
- Blend this mixture in a blender or mixer to make fine consistency puree.
- Now add this puree into dal stir it properly until its bottom stick to the work.
- Now add cream n switch off the flame. Stir it after 10mins.
- For tempering take a pan add desi ghee n ginger juliennes and degi mirch and kitchen king masala.. add this to tempering to dal.
