  9. In a same wok remove extra oil and add cumin seeds once they crackle and ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 min.
  10. Now next add in the tomato puree and let it cook until you see oil separating from the sides.
  11. Now add all the dry spices and salt with whisked yogurt. Let it also cook until the oil separates.
  12. Then add around 2 to 3 cups of water along with fried gattas and cook it covered for about 15-20 minutes on low flame. In a last add garam masala powder in gravy and mix it.
