- Take rajma clean wash and soak for overnight. In the morning boiled rajmawith all dry whole spices. Then drain water and keep aside you should remove whole dry spices now. Kept boil rajma in another bowl keep aside.
- Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds add chopped onions saute add ginger paste saute till onions turns soft and light brown in colour now add tomato puree saute
- Add all dry spices powder saute add rajma stock (in which water we boiled rajma) mix all well together add boiled rajma. Adjust countency of gravy. Sprinkle green coriander leaves chopped.
- Serve hot with chappati naan bread bhakri rice.
