  1. Clean and wash the meat.keep aside. Heat oil in pressure cooker, add whole spices saute 30 seconds add onion saute 1 minute.then add ginger garlic paste. Saute 30 seconds. Add meat,mix and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped spinach. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, whole red Chilli,salt and all powder spices except garam masala powder. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.add 1 cup water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistle on medium flame.
  3. Release the pressure naturally,open it check whether meat has tender. Now cook it on high flame for 5-6 minutes to evaporate all water. When it becomes dry and oil has released add garam masala powder mix and cook for 1 minute. Switch off the flame. Serve it with roti or plane paratha
